Awful front desk experience due to confusion in their booking process. It wasn’t my fault but I found myself in between negotiations between the hostel and Hotels.com. The hostel decided to put an 11th bed in to the 10-bed dorm I had booked and place it right in the middle for all other guests to look down on. The front desk manager was unprofessional and handled the situation poorly. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere!
