Way too far from the haram. Do not recommend if you are going to be doing tawafs and are not physically up for a long walk back up steep roads to get to the hotel. Does not actually have any bus service. Do not provide food if you are not with a group. No one speaks English. The internet is ONLY at the lobby. The front desk staff are hardly ever at the front desk. It's room is clean and so that is the only good thing.

You Can be surprised to know, you don't have booki
I booked three rooms and when I got into the hotel, they informed me that there is only one room booked, I called hotel.com to confirm booking and speak to the hotel, no one answered the hotel.com call and there was no one in the hotel who could understand english. After an hour and looking through the bookings and calls to hotel.com they agree to give us 2 more room in an other hotel which was 5 minutes walk to our hotel. Not really great experience. Room was clean but quite small, most room are good size for two bed however they give same room as three or four bed. Showers are terribly small, location is about 8-10 minutes walk to Haram.

Avoid staying here even if they give it for free !
The worst experience ever. I booked two rooms. I drove with my family in my car for 1300 kms (Aljouf to Makkah) in Ramadan of summer and when I reached the hotel they said I have booked only one room. I showed them my current reservation which still showed 2 rooms but they insisted that it's not true. They asked me to check with Hotels.com myself. I tried to reach Hotels.com but at best could only reach the automated voice service which was still saying that my reservation is standing and that I have 2 rooms. The staff was very impolite. After making my family with children wait in the lobby for more than one hour, they said that the hotel is full and that they have only one room available. They offered another room at another hotel of theirs (which also apparently had just one room left). It was practically impossible for me to accept two rooms in two different hotels very far apart. I believe that they gave away the room to someone else at a better price ! After seeing that they are ignoring my plea, we took our luggage and left the place in disgust. Avoid staying here even if they give it for free !
