The best hotel service I have ever got! Their staff is so friendly and considerate. I was serviced with hot tea and tangerine during check-in. And the front desk staff gave me a bottle of warm water every morning when I passed through the lobby. The location is excellent and within walking distance to all the must-go-to spots. I will definitely come back to this hotel!

Amazing staff! Urban hit rooms + hotel. Breakfast was such a nice treat each day. The staff was so helpful and kind. They were able to call taxis for us and show us where to explore. We got an extended late check out for an extra fee which was worth it before our long flight to Los Angeles. Location is great. Within a few miles to the Bund, Yu Garden and more. I would stay here again and again.
Appreciate the friendliness of the reception staff. Genuine in their service

The service from the staff was good. The room is a bit small for 2 big luggage. Breakfast at level 6 was good with a nice interior filled with natural sunlight.

A cute boutique hotel with a an ok location. The rooms are spacey and clean, with a nice atmosphere.
However the price for a double room w/o breakfast is far too high. I stayed at much better hotels in Shanghai at this price level. Als the reception feels like a messy coffee shop with stuff everywhere. It doesn't give you the welcome feeing you want at a "cozy" boutique hotel.
Convenient place to live in. Close to subway and many food choices nearby

위치도 좋고, 방도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다.
다만.. 근처에 악기사가 있어서.. 누가 계속 트럼펫을 부는지...... 낮에 잠시 쉬려는데 그 소리가 넘 거슬렸어요..

front desk services is excellent, room is clean. For specifically 5/F that I stayed for a week, there are discrepancies found which is not just once, i think it is kind of training / standardization issues:
tea bags are not filled for 2 days, window was opened but without closing the insert-free screen, cups used was not cleaned for 3 days
The above are experienced for my last stay, and comparing the standards that received from previous.
