Pros: Loved the condo directly on the beach. Easy walk down to the beach.
Cons: Older building so when a neighboring Condo slides open or close their Sliding Glass Doors it rattles like thunder through the condo. Also, the 4th floor "down" button to call the elevator was broken. We had to press the "up" button to call the elevator. A resident on a higher up floor said the button had been broken for over a month. Entryway hallway carpet into unit was dirty, recomend cleaning.
Communication: upon arrival i realized i did not receive an email from the facility with instructions on what to do or where to go. This is managed offsite and parking was across the street. I had to look up the contact information and call the management company. She seemed suprised i didnt get an email. I went to the lock box and there were several envelopes for clients to multiple units. And the lock box was open where somwone else did not close it before us.
