Hotel did know about my booking..spend 2 hours waiting before I was let in...had to spend over 20e to call hotels.com...in order for them to comfirm my booking even thought I had the email and booking reference with me....reception in this hotel is really really poor and unprofessional...client with a valid email and booking reference should first be let in the room then the hotel can follow up with partenaire...not stop customers saying they did not get the money yet....really backward!
