The Quarter Bangkok Poshtel & Coworking is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, staff is amazing - sweet, warm, attentive and very welcoming. They simply couldn't have been nicer than they were. Heck, they even surprised me with a handmade birthday card on my birthday, my first morning there! So sweet.
The only two things I wasn't happy about was the noise level from the street in the night. Not even my earplugs could block out the loudness of the cars. The hostel is right on a very busy crossroad - right next to the sky train, which is perfect, but if you're noise sensitive, this can be a challenge for your sleep.
Secondly, the mattresses are very, very hard. -I usually enjoy solid, non-soft mattresses, but this was almost like sleeping directly on the floor. Everything else around the bed, the sheets, curtains, locker is just perfect.
Oh, the co-working room is perfectly quiet and has a great vibe to do some work in.
Would I come back? Unfortunately the street noise at night and the hard mattresses would make pick another place. A shame since it's a gem of a place.
