Spacious, clean, and comfortable

The doors are very loud when they slam shut. People were also being loud in the hallways-but that’s more the fault of the inconsiderate people staying there.

The Hyatt was clean, had helpful staff, and was close to shopping and restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

There was no hot water at any point in my stay. Let the hot water run at 10pm for 45 minutes with no avail. Attempted the sam at 3am and still no hot water. Coldest shower I have ever taken! Call the front desk several times with no answer.

It was a great stay, we choose this hotel each weekend visit. Only thing this time was by 9:00 am on Sunday coffee was gone (regular) and hot breakfast was gone and didn’t look like they were putting more out.

I was very appreciative for a hot breakfast. The clam shell included, scrambled eggs, Canadian bacon and a few slices of french toast. Compliments to the chef!

This is a nice, clean, new facility very close to Jordan Creek Shopping Center & area. No one cleaned my room during a 3-day stay, though, and the fridge tended to freeze my fruit juices. Pool & gym beautiful; room very sufficient (it was just me, sometimes a family-member visitor), tv great, bathroom very clean. Free breakfast was 'fine,' hotel obviously affected by pandemic. Note: they require a $15 'incidentals' fee that's refunded if you don't use it.

Great location for shopping and restaurants. Decent warm prepackaged breakfast compared to other places we’ve been during the pandemic. Our room had a few stains on carpet/couch but was otherwise clean. I would stay here again. The staff was very friendly.
