Great experience in Jeongstay

房東很親切，雖然沒有真的遇見他，但他會利用通訊軟體解決你的需求。 浴室有附毛巾及沐浴用品，但牙膏牙刷要自備，沒帶也沒關係，附近採購很方便。 有一台小小的洗衣機(3.5kg)，對旅人來說足夠了，不過要自備洗衣粉喔。 廚房有微波爐，加熱很方便，還有鍋具爐子可以煮食，但要自己準備調味料(為安全起見，自備調味料是很合理的) 地點非常好，無論是要去逛街或離開弘大都很方便。 哈哈，反正就是很方便啦，快來跟歐巴訂房吧！

当日、チェックイン時に『宿泊予定だった部屋は今、工事中で明日になれば移動できます。』と、言われその日は事務所で1泊する事に。シャワー前には全然があり浴びる事ができず、WiFiも繋がりにくいしテレビはないし。。。これで1泊分の料金を払うと思うと嫌な気持ちになりました。次の日には直るから荷物を移動しておきます。何時に出掛けますか？と言われ最初は午前9時にでかけます。とお伝えしましたがお昼前に変更の連絡をしました。朝御飯を食べて一度 ホテルに戻ろうと思っていましたが2日目のお昼頃になっても連絡がなく。とりあえず初日に泊まった部屋まで行ったが荷物は移動されていて自分たちの部屋も荷物の行方もわからないまま。 その数分後にようやく、連絡がきました。スタッフさんは優しい感じでしたが、対応が遅い事が残念でした。 あと、他にも日本人の方がチェックインに困っていました。フロントがないので、連絡もなくどこに連絡していいのかわからなかったみたいです。私達は事務所での宿泊の件があったので連絡をくださったのかわかりませんが、そのような部分への対応をちゃんとしてほしいです。 私はもう宿泊する事はありません。

大人2名子供2名の家族で宿泊しました。 チェックイン等などについて、出発までに数回管理者の方と英語でメールのやり取りしましたが、返信が早くて安心でした(こちらからエクスペディア経由で連絡を取りました) 部屋:広くて掃除も行き届いて清潔でした。タオル(綺麗)交換とゴミ捨てが毎日ありました。洗濯機・洗剤と、部屋の壁に室内物干し竿があり、長ズボンでも干せます。(ハンガーは多数あり。洗濯ピンチは一個しかないので持参した物を使いました。) 立地:弘大入口駅２番出口からすぐです。近くに朝食が取れる店も、カフェやソルロンタン屋さんなど、色々ありました。 ソウルに行く事があれば、また利用したいです。

交通很方便。 冷氣機不夠冷。 嚴重熱，開了一整個晚上，也感覺不到冷氣。同時開風扇也不夠力。晚上瞓覺攪到不舒服。已向屋主提出多次冷氣機問題，或要求提多一個風扇。也沒有處理。。。 如果冬天去應該會沒有這問題。
