ホテル NYX カンクン オールインクルーシブ (カンクン)

お部屋も広くバルコニーからは綺麗な海が見えて、とても良かったです。この価格でオールインクルーシブは最高でした。従業員の方々も親切で、快適に過ごすことができました。次はホテルでゆっくり過ごしたいなあと思います。

The room was clean and beautiful. Food was excellent and the service was very good. Layout of the hotel was lovely.

wonderful smaller resort with excellent service and great food

The hotel and facilities was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem was our bed was terribly uncomfortable. I can feel the springs though the mattress. When we asked if we could change rooms the front desk told us all the beds are the same, which I do not think is accurate because my family staying in other rooms did not have the same problem with their beds.

We opted for the all-inclusive and it was amazing! The food at the Deck restaurant was good, and we had our dinner at chianti which was good as well! The beach was just right outside and was very nice. Room was extremely clean and spacious, and had basic amenities (shampoo and shower gel and moisturising lotion) but there isn’t any toothbrush if you’re looking for any. I’m really happy with this resort as a whole!
