Apart from the room was very noisy due to the wind rattling doors and windows.
the main problem was that we were asked to pay for the accommodation that we had already paid to Expedia. To clear the problem we had to phone internationally to our card provider to confirm the payment was made and then to Expedia to check to see if they had paid the guest house - they had.
It cost about R250.00 in international telephone calls the guest house should have made not the guest. I requested that Expedia emailed the guest house to confirm payment had been made. They did.
