Has a room of improvement
I booked this cottage due to its high rating in Expedia.
However, my experience was not as good as other same price range hotels I stayed in Sri Lanka.
There was about 20 flies welcoming us that took hours to get rid of them.
The facility it self is not bad but needs more effort in maintaining the facility and welcoming the guest.
The breakfast was the same for two days and there was no excitement. Taste was not good as well.
Since the cottage is maintaining the high rate, management might be thinking the customers are satisfied in a current service and facility level.
I will recommend to choose other place if the service and facility level remains the same.
