Super friendly and helpful when checking in / out. Clean, cheerful and conveniently placed additional items by the elevators if you need them.
Including breakfast was convenient, other than a couple of items don’t expect western style breakfast - as long as you’re good with that you’ll be happy 😆

In the evening they have a program inside the sauna called aufguss where the staff would play some relaxing music and fanned everybody with a towel, making you sweat a lot. That was fun and I really enjoyed it. There’s also massage chairs and manga in the relaxation room. Oh and free beers and snacks are also available free of charge.
