The host were great & very helpful to any questions, great at communicating w/ you. We loved that the pool was open anytime, the view to here was great but careful walking the pool deck post rain (I slipped with my sandals 😟 ) . A little off from main bar area Red Hook but about 25-30 min drive off, however, an easy walk to downtown about 15 min for us which we found a Utopia Hookah Lounge/BarClub that had great music, tourist spots like 99 steps, stores, & government house. The restaurant next door to Olga’s Fancy is a little higher end price but food was amazing & bartender makes an amazing pineapple-habanero margarita 10/10. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable (not as firm) & there were couple tiny bugs that crawled out of the sink but you are on an island so no biggie. They have raid & insect spray available for guests in their room which was great if you don’t have it packed. The feel of the place felt comfortable & the view was beautiful! Be prepared to carry luggage up about 10-20 steps to your room & get some snacks to your room cause places to eat close early even the McDonald’s near by. But overall, the stay was great and definitely picture worthy spots all around the place. Would definitely stay again & the hosts were available to answer any questions. We love to leave a detailed review to help those like that to roam like us 🤗
