worst! At 9:30PM, we arrived at the hotel over a 500-mile drive from Houston. There was only one staff and there was long line to wait to check in. We had to Wait more than 30 minutes. At last my turn came, but the staff was unfamiliar and took time again. In addition, he was given a card key and said, "I do not know if the room has been cleaned."What!?When I went to the room on the second floor and entered the room, it was obviously not cleaned. It was very dirty. Sheets and pillows were messed up, there were garbage, the bathroom was wet, and the mirror was dirty with water. It was the worst feeling. There was a staff was cleaning in another room , so I asked him to clean it, and he said "when I finished cleaning this room ,and change, so please wait until finish cleaning."So,we had to wait more 10 minutes.
Since cleaning was over, the staff said that he would change our card key, and he went to the front desk, but did not return and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Finally, we could enter in the room, but there were garbage in the room, Why they didn't finish cleaning still at 9:30PM? we were too tired and had to wait for over an hour !I book this hotel to take a rest. But so tired.Almost 11:00PM.I've been using Fairfield Inn many times, but so sad.too expensive,$ 120. I never come back.
