Mr. Price, You have an extremely undervalued employee at your Broken Arrow location. I am unsure how much you pay Jose, but it is not enough. I have stayed at many hotels in my life, and I have NEVER been treated better than Jose treated me. Jose needs to be COMPENSATED then recognized for his outstanding customer service. Any time I am in the Tulsa area ,I will be staying at Woodspring Suites.
