Hotel One Down Town review 23rd Jan 2021
I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused to do refund. The customer service, the room conditions and communication from the hotel was terrible. Hotels.com in the end compensated with a USD 50 coupen (for which I am grateful). Would not recommend this hotel.
