This is a weird place. For some reason they have a miniature golf course in the middle of it. It is also in a very sketchy neighborhood. My shower smelled like pee and some very loud guests kept me awake.

Decent place on a budget for sure, location was great. I would recommend staying on the top floor because you can hear people rolling their bags above you. They were friendly and were working on some upgrades in the mini golf area. Looks like they are updating the property, nice to see that day have passion for their property ! :)

A fun upscale motel, which was a great home base for exploring. The mini golf course in the atrium was a highlight. My kids had a ball putting the ball around while we unpacked.

The staff was amazing. Our room was clean and just what we needed for a quick overnight stay. The price was beyond, beyond reasonable! They have worked hard to update the property and make it cute. The motel location is kind of teetering on the edge of a place I would feel safe or not, but the hotel staff made up for my concerns.

The Downtowner is just a genuinely friendly, easy-going, quiet and comfortable place to stay away from the constant kra-ziness of The Strip... El Cortez is nearby and Container City, and some great spots for breakfast, and you can easily walk to The Fremont Street Experience!

Mal olor en la habitación, huele a cigarro el cuarto, realmente apestoso y en algunas areas del hotel a mariguana. El estacionamiento esta en la esquina saliendo del hotel, muy incómodo.
