Garbage place. Garbage service. Front desk who was likely the owner (indian guy) was trying to hustle people out of extra cash for checking in 30-60 min earlier (myself and a few other customers waiting to be checked in). After verifying who I was and seeing my reservation in the system, he tried telling me my check-in time was 3pm when hotels.com has 2pm written on it. He said the weirdest thing ive ever heard: different booking sites have different check-in times. (I own a hotel in NC, if you want to please your customers you let them check in early when you have rooms available, it's not a big deal if you care about your customers. When you only care about money, you do cheap sh*t like this). Stay away from this place, take your money elsewhere to those who care about their customers. Wyndham needs to strip their name off this property. I checked in, dropped my bags, went to get something to eat, came back and checked right out and went to another hotel in the area. Wasted money but it was better than trying to waste my time arguing with a cheap owner for a refund.
