I didn't traveled to Fiji because my flight was cancelled by the Fiji airways airline due to Coronavirus pandemic ,then once this happened I contacted the hotel, sent emails many times even today and they never answered mr back! I.paid with my credit card and they are still not able to refund me the money because my trip was cancelled it is not my fault and i wanted to know If I could change the dates for stay in the hotel in a future when all this situation is better but I am very very disappointed with their customer service because even today i tried to call the hotel and nobody answered me! Not email not calls! Be careful if you are planning to stay in this hotel,after to see that they are not even able to reply my emails, i don't have any more interest to stay in their hotel in a future . BUT PLEASE ANSWER MY EMAILS.I NEED THE FULL REFUND OF WHAT I PAID.
