I don't have time to write a book on this nasty and I truly mean nasty first thing the room was Cool with the air conditioner on of course that was awesome and then horror hit in after we had settled in after going out walking around. I starting looking at the room and discovered poop all over the bathroom wall the toilet would not flush me as a customer fixed the toilet to flush it was a chain in the back of the toilet that was off no biggie on that but we decided to go ahead and stay that night not touching nothing else while we packed up we go on the balcony and find in the pool a couple trying to have sex when you got kids you do not want them seeing that then you had a drunk people that were fixing to fight and ask for towels go you had to go to the office in order to get towels

Worst experience ever!

Cologne from staff was choking when greeted at reception, within a few minutes of entering the room there was a roach climbing on the ceiling, the door lock was loose and my husband had to use his pocket knife to tighten it, the bathtub nob was coming off the wall, the bathroom door is falling apart at the bottom, no wash clothes provided, just 3 small towels barley big enough to cover a toddler, ironing board with no iron, the swimming pool was tinted green and cloudy, the onsite restaurant looks like it's being used for storage, the bed was hard, the pillows were extremely lumpy like they have gone through the wash too many times. I know the staff cannot control what everyone does when they stay here, but heads up for parents or people who don't want to be around it, the hallways on the 1st floor and 3 Rd floor stink to high heaven like weed. Not a family friendly environment! Overall this was a horrible experience and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

You get what you pay

First room we checked into the door didn't close at the bottom, there was hair on bed, the blankets had stains. The second room we got was cleaner but the microwave didn't work. The floors were dirty. The pool was green.

NASTY

It was absolutely nasty, had roaches crawling everywhere, it was hot the air conditioner wasn’t cool, the elevator stinks and was very hot! Y’all need to gut all those rooms start over it was nasty, if nothing else just be clean, there’s no way we could stay there again. BE CLEAN!!!

Don't waste your money

We arrived and had already paid for the room but were asked to pay an additional $75 deposit. Supposedly this will be refunded...we shall see. The first room we were assigned had an old, broken refrigerator, no microwave, no towels, a broken toilet and inoperable shower. There were also no linens on the bed. When we went back to the desk, the clerk wanted us to wait in the room for maintenence to fix all of the issues. I told her that was not acceptable and that we would like a different room. She then assigned us a room on the first floor, but let us know the "wi-fi on the first floor is sketchy." It was. That room had no washcloths, and during our stay we kept finding live roaches. The stay was really not worth the savings.

Awful

Absolutely horrible. I don’t know how this place passes inspections. The first room they checked us into had no power to the television, the alarm clock or the phone. The only light that worked in the room was the bathroom light. Went to the desk to ask for a different room and they didn’t act surprised at all. They moved us to a room with no deadbolt on the door and no cover over the battery pack on the door. My mom was in the room next door, and in her room, the electrical switch was being held up with tape. We checked in a little before midnight and were supposed to stay two nights, but we checked out the next morning. They did refund us for second night, but as we were describing the condition to them, their response was literally “it is what it is.”

Cheap hotel and you get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for w/ this hotel. It was cheap and that says it all. There were supposed to be 2 light bulbs over the sink. One was missing and the other didn't work. There was an iron but no ironing board. They did have a nice pool though.No breakfast.

Not what I expected, staying at a Wyndham

Dirty, did not feel safe. It was nothing like the picture I saw when I booked the room. The room was only around $80, but wasn’t even worth it. I booked a room in my name but my friend chose to pay for the room herself so they charged me for the room and charged her $75 deposit. This place makes Wyndham on the bottom of my list for renting another room by the Wyndham.

When I booked our stay, free continental breakfast was a selling point... But there was no breakfast. The picture of the room was nice But when we arrived it was nothing like the picture. There were holes all over the walls and ceilings, the floors were filthy (our feet were black the whole stay), the tiles were falling off of the sides of the pool, the parking was aweful, the entrance door did not lock and had light all around the edges as if the door was not the correct door for the frame, and the bathroom door did not latch closed. All around bad experience.

Bad experience

Deposit of $75 up front? Usually just take card number to cover. No phone service in room, no wifi for tablet, no tv due to no wifi, needed help to turn on water in shower. Will never stay here again.

Buyer beware

Old property and it was reflected by the condition. The core for the toilet paper was missing and the staff cared less. A dump. Fan in the bathroom wasn’t just missing but torn from the wall.

Rooms were dirty. Bathtub had a leak so bad it flooded the room and leaked to the room below. Towels were dirty. Roaches crawled on us. Air conditioner was leaking into the room. When we went down to the front desk to ask for our money we still had to pay for atleast one night. Definitely a horrible experience. The place needs shut down.
