Erg goed.

Goed en best luxe (oa 3 flatscreens) appartement. geen airco in de huiskamer maar dat valt eventueel op te lossen met het aanzetten van de airco's in de slaapkamers . Veel ramen die tegen elkaar open gezet kunnen worden waardoor de wind door het appartement kan waaien er ontstaat dan een zalige tropische sfeer. Heerlijk en zeer ruim balkon(terras) met vans. Het zwembad is echt ok om een keer af te koelen en in perfecte staat van onderhoud en er staan voldoende (lig) stoelen.Het enige nadeel is dat je niet zo vanuit je appartement toegang hebt tot het zwembad. je moet er dus even voor over de straat lopen.

Apartment 15 minute walk to beach

Very small pool. Only provided cleaning once in 9 night stay and garbage was not taken out. Charged $75 cash upon arrival for this one cleaning Did not provide any amenities including extra toilet paper, paper towels, only 2 dishwasher tablets. Air conditioning only in bedrooms. Living area had fans but it was too hot to be comfortable. Double beds were singles joined together. The light switches sparked, fridge leaked at beginning of stay. Not what we expected in a four star property.

Recomendo e voltaria!!

Passamos 16 maravilhosos dias no Landslake. O apartamento é confortável, espaçoso, moderno e bem decorado. A cozinha é bem equipada, com todos os utensílios para quem pretende preparar suas refeições. É bem ventilado naturalmente e ainda conta com bons ventiladores de teto (ar condicionado, somente no quarto). Tudo estava limpissimo e assim procuramos manter, visto que a limpeza é feita uma vez por semana. A cama é muito confortável e as roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade. O proprietário nos deu um passe para o Moomba Beach (5 min de carro), onde diariamente tínhamos espreguiçadeiras gratuitamente. Você não terá as mordomias de um grande resort, mas estará confortavelmente instalado como se estivesse em casa. Para mim, a melhor opção para quem quer desfrutar a maravilhosa (e cara!) Aruba!!

Fantastic apartment!!!

This is a great apartment located within 5-10 minutes of drive from the Ritz Hotel. The apartment is spacious, light, airy, modern and clean. The apartment has everything you can wish for, including a big comfortable king size bed, safe, big open concept kitchen/living room with stainless steel appliances, all kitchenware, flat screen TV, plenty of towels (including beach towels), a cooler you can take to the beach, free WiFi, ceiling fans everywhere (including the patio), and a nice swimming pool outside. The patio is huge and cozy. The owners are very nice and very attentive to your needs. They are always available to answer your questions. We communicated via WhatsApp. What you do not get if you rent this apartment is the view. You won't get to see the ocean from your bedroom window. But if you want the view, you can spend $$$ on a hotel room, or a room in one of those beach front properties. At Landslake, you get comfort, privacy, safety, space, and a relaxing atmosphere for a reasonable price. There is a small supermarket within walking distance where you can buy groceries, and whatever else you might need. Dining out in Aruba is not cheap, so if you want to eat healthy food, you should cook it yourself.

Awesome apt adjacent to Palm Beach

First and foremost my thanks Diego and Liedie Lugo, apt mgrs. for Landslake Apts, Aruba. They went out of their way to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Check-in/out was flawlessly handled; the location was perfect with only a 5 min drive to shopping, dining, and Palm/Eagle Beach; apt was updated with new appliances and furnishings. The outdoor pool was refreshing, albeit a little small; it provided a private setting for reading or just getting a tan. Apt's Wi-Fi worked great and we were able to maintain comms with our family back in the states. Netflix and Amazon work in Aruba and if you have a TV adapter for your Tablet, I would take it and enjoy. Cable TV, room safe, and AC in bedroom were very nice conveniences. Drawbacks: No AC in living area, we were able to manage, but afternoons in apt could get warm. Access to apt laundry room would've been nice. Overall, we had an awesome time and would return for more fun in the sun!

Terrible hotel/apartment, terrible location

There is no front desk and someone has to meet you at the location with a key to gain entry. This was explained in writting on Expedia before booking. What wasn't explained was the following. The front of the location is located in an alley. There is limited parking except a couple spots in front which again is the alley. The female that met us with the key explained that we could "only run the air conditioning during the night and that we had to limit our water usage". She further stated that "both of the utilities were on a meter and that any over usage would be taken from our damage deposit". There was no "hot" water in the kitchen, infact the only place the water would get "luke warm" was the shower and that would last less than ten minutes before cooling back down. The location does not provide face towels. We had to put up a non-refundable cleaning fee along with the damage depost. However, when I lifted the toilet seat from the previous renters there was urine stains on the rim of the toilet and the floor around the toilet was wet. So whats the purpose of the cleaning fee??? The location does not supply face towels. We got in late Monday evening and was exhausted. The first thing Tuesday morning we began looking for somewhere else to stay, after Expedia couldn't/wouldn't help us. Once we returned that evening the owner had provided new face towels which was to little to late We took the loss and our new location was right up the street and closer to the airport.
