The facility and room were lovely, but the check-in process didn't go smoothly. When I provided my reservation name at the reception, they said they couldn't find any reservation information. The reception manager mentioned that they had encountered similar issues with Expedia before. After persistently requesting multiple checks, they eventually found my reservation, but the room wasn't ready, so we had to wait for over two hours. They offered dinner as an apology, but it was disappointing to have an unpleasant experience during check-in, wasting time.
