Had to switch rooms. First room - walls and headboard were filthy with actual dirty handprints, tub was dirty, TV didn't work, shower never got hot water, AC was so extremely loud you couldn't hear each other talk. Second room - bed was like a brick and creaked loudly every time we moved, couldn't get AC unit to stay on for more than 15 seconds at a time, and hallways smelled like funk. Check-in/out was easy. Parking was simple. Overall not what we've ever experienced from a Baymont and was really disappointing. Definitely would not stay here again.

The hotel building is in terrible conditions everything is outdated, the hallways carpets are so stained, the A/C units don’t even work, we had a late check in so we would expect the room to be completely cleaned. There was old dirty socks left from the previous guest and 2 cups with water on the table, we mentioned to the front desk and all we got was a sorry.

This hotel was filthy from the ceiling to the floor. There were carpet beetles in our sheets. The windows were smeared with grease and fingerprints, and the carpet smelled like pet urine throughout the entire building and elevator. I have no idea why they do not get shut down. This is a filthy establishment.

The place is older and a little rundown. Friendly staff, though. Hallway carpets need cleaning but the room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable and very quiet. Just fine for a night while passing through!

The bed was terrible when we got there and I mentioned it on the check in survey and the next morning they called and asked about it and got me a new mattress.. The breakfasts were great and the staff was nice. We enjoyed the rest of the stay!

Check in was easy and the guy at the desk was suoer nice. The room was clean and comfortable all but a gair in the bathtub. The garbage by door 2 was over flowing and the entry smelled of cigarettes. But the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good.

The whole place was old and rundown. There’s piles of garbage at the entrances. We only booked the hotel because of the picture of the kids water park online but it’s far from the actual picture! There’s a lot of corrosion that the base of the stairs of the slide in the kids pool. Be careful. The adult pool looked like it wasn’t clean in a very long time. The water looked murky. Overall if We were not catfished by the water park pictures we would not have stayed there.

You get what you pay for. First, the positives. Our room was clean and the restaurant was wonderful! Now, the negatives. The elevator is beyond dirty- it’s disgusting. The hallways are also extremely dirty. The guy at check-in was very short with us. We did online check-in. He asked our name and gave us our key “Room 3##”. That’s was it!!! That’s all he said to us. So weird. Overall, it was affordable for a quick nights sleep but I doubt I would stay here again.

The hotel could’ve been cleaner, the beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, I woke up in so much pain. The refrigerator in all 3 of the rooms we reserved did not work, we had to throw away all of our perishable food we had packed to travel with. The bedding was itchy and smelt as if it hadn’t been used or washed in a while. The bathrooms were very tiny. We were also told breakfast would have eggs and either bacon or sausage, that also did not happen, the only non carb option was a small yoplait yogurt. I also cut myself on a piece of sharp plaster in the pool. I don’t typically complain but out of the six hotels we stayed at on our trip, this one was the worst. This hotel is in need of deep cleaning and several repairs especially in the pool area
