We had to stat here last minute after we accidentally canceled our reservation at another hotel. We did not realize it was a hostel unit after we had booked it & it was a non refundable room. We had a queen room on the 4th floor. It was very tiny & clean. We had no view at all so that was a bummer. The Cafe was closed all day on sunday & when we tried getting a coffee on sat they said they couldn't make one it was for only certain hours that they could. The broken Shaker bar was nice to grab a drink. It was located in a very walkable area. If you want something cheap this will work.

Honest and fast service. Room was mostly clean, however another traveler with us had some garbage in their room still but it was stuffed un a crevice that was unseen. Overall decent for the money. Hustle and bustle, close to so much including the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Water Tower Place, etc. It's got a different feel from chain hotels and if you're looking for something unique, this place deserves your consideration.
