ホテルは清潔感もあり、アメニティも含め過不足無く、非常に過ごしやすいです。 周辺にはレストランが非常に多いですが、反面簡単な買い物をするところが少ないです。

Very impressed with your customer service. Very friendly and accommodating

Our stay at this hotel was vetoing our expectation. We were greeted with such warm welcoming smiles and interaction by the staff. Especially Briyanna guest service rep, who made us feel at home right away. Our trip was a ladies/sistas weekend trip and one of our sistas had an upcoming birthday. Britannia notice the balloons and offered us bottle service that was dropped off to the room later that eve so we could celebrate. Breakfast was delicious and the staff again made us feel like we were truly guest. We even adopted a few of the staff as our aunties at breakfast. There was aunty Veronica and aunty Ismeta, who took great care of us ladies ensuring that we ate and were not in need. The bartender Rob was also amazing and fun to talk with. He even created a dessert drink request from one of my sistas that was Baileys rum cream, Godiva chocolate liqueur and caramel on the rocks. It was good. Again the level of service and care provided by all the staff we encountered was amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel for its close proximity to shopping, restaurants, site seeing locations and more.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Great location down town! Walking distance to many places.

Everything was great other than the street noise. We were on the 3rd floor and the street noise kept us up all night. I’d assume this is probably a common issue with any hotel in the city though. We didn’t hear any inside hotel noises though! The location was ok.
