When first checking in the service was good. One of my rooms lock didn’t work. They immediately changed my room. My main room was clean, but smelt like mildew. Overall experience, good for the price and the view made up for everything else. Location was perfect. In walking distance to restaurants and a half mile from the boardwalk. We enjoyed our getaway.

We liked that this stay had a kitchenette in the room. We saw the beautiful sunsets looking out the door/entrance to our room and the beautiful sunrises from the balcony door/windows. It was too cold outside to use the pool although it was clean and ready during our stay. Hopefully the pool decking and lounge chairs will all be ready by the time it warms up

Great View - bad JuJu!!!!!!!!!!!
Booked three rooms for five nights, service was not provided any time during the stay in any of the rooms. We had to ask for towels daily. Asked for service never happened. We were gone most of the day from early morning through late evening. Facility is really run down.

Horrendous
Dirty bed sheets, toilet still had the s***t of some previous user on it. There was a kitchenette but was so run down to be unusable. Sometimes they close the reception and disappear for hours without any way to ttrack them down, for example if you need help with the room. Only good news wes that my room had a nice see view. But the value was poor overall. Certainly not worth your money. Plenty of better places in Daytona or Ormond Beach.

Great view
This is a very old cinder block motel. Room was ok because of the great view of the ocean. My biggest complaint was whatever they used to clean the room, yes the room was very clean, was very strong and burned my eyes. We left the patio door open and the other door open to clear it out. Our other complaint No ICE!

No air conditioning!
I guess you get what you pay for. We knew the property was older so our expectations were not high, Upon entering the room we noticed how HOT ( per the thermostat it was 85 degrees) the room was. We tried to turn the air conditioning on and it only had heat. The front desk told us that is all they had. They suggested we open the patio doors. Not on a bet, first floor room! The kitchenette was less than clean with what appeared to be ramen noodles on the sink and front of cabinet. In the bathroom there was a crawl space access with an ill fitting top. The television only had 1 channel. It was a news channel from the tampa area, not even local. It is ashame, the property could really be nice if there was regular upkeep. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Go elsewhere
The front check in staff were friendly enough. Once you get in your room, you realize there is no air conditioning, the water pressure is so low it is like taking a shower under a dripping faucet, the furniture is broken, there is no working wifi. To cool the room you have to open the patio door, which has no screen and it makes the entire room, and you... sticky from the salt water. The view is nice, but everything else is as bad as it can get. Plus the smell of smokers, weed and tobacco, is everywhere.
The elevator was dirty
Ceiling in room, had tape on it to keep it closed or to insulate.
Desk broken, so it was leaning on a nightstand to stay standing
This is the water pressure maxed out.
