All nice and smooth
I only stayed there one night after long flight from Manila and I absolutely enjoy the comfortable day and pillows. The shower was nice. It was well equipped and was so comfortable. The place was quiet and the service was great. I have a wonderful breakfast in the morning, I am taking a shuttle to the airport was so easy.

Can't recommend
Upon check-in, we witnessed two guests in front of us canceling their reservation due to the pool being closed. The receptionist greeted us with, "So, are you canceling too?" While we chose not to cancel, I regret not having done so after the experience that followed. The receptionist was unprofessional, offering no explanation about the property, breakfast options, or check-out procedures. Upon entering our room, we found that the "queen" beds were actually standard twins, which were uncomfortable. When we inquired about this, we were met with a curt response regarding hotel-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom sliding door lacked a lock, and there was a noticeable gap. On the second night, while trying to purchase drinks, we encountered another guest attempting to check in, but no staff were available. When the guest knocked on the window, they were rudely told that the receptionist was on a mandatory break and that they would need to wait to check in. Furthermore, we frequently noticed a strong smell of marijuana seeping into our room. However, the two morning guest service agents were friendly and helpful, providing a positive note to an otherwise disappointing stay.

Convenient location near all the malls/shop. It would be nice to have 4 pillows per bed instead of 3. I liked the indoor swimming pool. One of the BBQ grills was not working but another family said the front desk has a hot pan & pans to borrow so that worked for us. One of the dryers was out of service & each working dryer took at least 90 mins to dry a small/med load of clothes due to that there was a line of families waiting for dryer. Fitness room was clean & spacious.

The front desk staff was friendly and professional. The front desk staff named Faith was helpful and went out of her way to assist us with getting transportation to our cruise. We loved the free breakfast and shuttle. It was great for 1 night and the beds were comfy!

The room smelled like a wet dog. When I asked at the front desk about dogs, she said any room is for dogs. I was not happy since I have allergies.

Great stay near SeaTac
Just a quick refresh after flight back from Alaska. Needed sleep and quiet. Hotel shuttle wasn’t available, but they called us a Lyft. The hotel was amazing! They let us check in early and eat breakfast. We were able to catch up on sleep. Lovely place! Very friendly and super accommodating. Will stay there again!

Good hotel with a $10 problem
Overall good property. Very close to many restaurants and stores. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk was quick and efficient The one thing I didn’t like was $10/night for parking. Parking is not a premium in that area and lot was 75%empty both nights.

Being so close to the airport made it super convenient to return our rental car and hop on the plane. Hotel was nice. Missing a bar of soap but front desk quickly rectified the situation. Breakfast was okay, not outstanding, and the food service layout was a little different than we are used to, but everything was fine with no real complaints.

I was disappointed in the reception desk staff. When I arrived to check in, the woman looked at me like I was interrupting her and I had to ask if I could check in. She gave me no greeting as I walked up to the desk. She checked me in with no enthusiasm for her job or warmth. Not the personality to have when you are in a client facing job. About 10 mins after checking in, I had the went back to the reception desk because I had forgotten to ask if a late check out was available. This time there was a different woman at the desk occupied with something. Again, this person gave no greeting as I approached the desk but just looked at me. I told her that I had forgotten to ask about a late check in. She replied flatly that it was going to be at least 10 minutes before she could access the computer because she was just starting her shift. She did not give me the impression that she cared to help at all. I said I would check back later and left. When I checked back she was friendlier, but that first encounter was unacceptable from someone whose literal job is to greet guests and make them feel welcome. On an operational note, I thought it odd that the reception desk staff would be changing shifts at 3pm, which is when check in begins. Seems like the hotel would want staff to be available to help guests consistently throughout the check in period. Other than the poor reception desk service, my stay was good enough.

Home away from Home
Our room was ready when we arrived even though we were early, which allowed us to venture to Pike’s Market. We didn’t need it, but we had a full kitchen. The room was clean, and comfortable with amble space to move about. A little pricey, but well worth it.

Cruising
Arrived late evening and hotel lacked adequate staffing. The front desk clerk had to pick us up at the airport so it let us waiting for a while. The clerk should be commended for doing her best with little to work with. After arriving computers weren't working well but clerk earnestly worked to get us to our rooms.

Stayed here in one of the king suites for my birthday weekend with my two kids and cat. We all had a wonderful time and are already planning a return stay. The hotel was a 30 min drive from Seattle proper. It was easy to find and located near shopping, restaurants and what looked like a transit center. Parking was ample but did cost $10 a night. Front desk staff were polite and attentive. All parts of hotel were clean, modern and well maintained. The beds (even the sofa bed!) were surprisingly comfortable. Pillows were a little too soft though. The kitchenette had an almost-full size fridge, freezer, microwave, sink w/ disposal and dishwasher. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. There was a shower but no tub. There was also a cool floor-to-ceiling curtain between the king bed and sofa bed that served to delineate the two areas and that made the space feel cozy. The only negative was that the indoor pool had no hot tub and was closed on our last day. However, it was immediately up and running the next day but sadly that was the day we were checking out. The hotel was also very quiet. Very little neighbor or road noise.
