We had 1 night here to see the mountain views. These are great but can be seen better at Nagarkot. The resort is OK, a bit tired though. Bear in mind there is nothing to do in this area and the hotel can only organise vastly overpriced taxis presumably due to its location. The wifi also doesn't work at all in the rooms.
The main problem with the hotel though is it's location which is truly awful. It is situated a few meters from the apex of a steep bend on the main Kathmandu - Tibet highway which has nose to tail cement and sand trucks as well as countless buses. This means there is almost constant blaring of astonishingly loud horns from before 7am until 6pm. It is quieter during the night but bring ear plugs and go out during the day. On the whole it is vastly overpriced and terrible value for money. Just don't come here as there is much better elsewhere. Dhulikel generally can be missed out as a place to visit, just do Nagarkot and Bhaktapur instead.
