Is this really a Radisson hotel?
What was good is that I was able to check in early. What was bad was a lot. I found hairs on the bedspread of one bed. I thought maybe they were mine. I then pulled the bed apart and that's were hairs on the inside cover, pillow cases and underneath the pillows on both beds on when I checked in. I slept in my clothes because by the time I noticed when I was ready to go to bed was after 10 pm. The next day I went to the front desk and told them what we found. I had them strip both beds completely. This place had no bathtub, no closet, and no dresser. They did have one stand with two slots to put some clothes. I guess this was my fault for not looking at the room pictures when I was booking. There was also no place to hang my clothes other than one small hook in the bathroom. On several nights I took a shower late, 10 pm, 11:30 pm, even around 1 am. The water took forever to get warm. I times it one night, it took around 17 minutes to get warm enough for me to get in the shower. The towels were not full length towels a hotel normally has. The towels were very thin, some threadbare. I tried to add photos on this app but it wouldn't let me.

Worst night sleep
The room was dirty!!! Splatter on the wall, dirt and debris everywhere. The toilet did not flush at all!!! The beds were so uncomfortable my pre teen woke up early and asked to leave as soon as possible.

Never again.
We stayed here during their hot water outage. They didn’t apologize, offer reimbursement, or make any attempt to fix the issue. And surprisingly, no one nearby seemed to know about their 24/7 plumbing service. What truly shocked me was their blatant admission of having guests with children and their casual declaration, “No shower.”

The front desk staff here are the rudest group of people I've encountered. The only pleasant thing about the place is the maid staff. They were all very nice and accommodating. The rooms are filthy. Like visible blood stains on the walls, dirt on the floors, items left behind from previous guests. We got put in a room with no heat and it was freezing. The smoke alarm went off and wouldn't stop from using the shower. They actually attempted putting us in a room with no hot water and in one without a key! We would've had to get a front desk staff to open the door! The laundry facilities were broken & the vending machines so overpriced I was stunned. One plus is no deposit, is it worth it, definitely not.

The hotel looked nothing like it was described in the images. The room is small and beds are not comfortable. The bathroom was dirty. One of the worst hotels in San Jose California. The customer service was excellent

First night at checkin I was advised that I can have a room 1, without HOT water or 2, No Heater. I choose the room with heat. After discussing situations with front desk, I changed room's for night 2 and had Heat and Hot water. Both rooms had stains on the walls. blood or other? Room was and acceptable, however for a motel with Radisson branding I expected much more even at the low room rate. Both rooms lacked blankets, shower soap and shampoo. Radisson Brand needs to up their game on the low end accomodations.
