First day non-smoking room was full, so I stayed smoking room. The room was horrible. Floor is somehow sticky and every furniture is dirty. Seats are wet. Next day, I moved to non-smoking room, then everything is like normal hotel. But final day, room service forget to clean my room. So, basically the hotel has a huge problem on room cleaning, especially for smoking room.

Although the room is non-smoking, I smell tabacco. Although the rooms near my room are non-smoking, several people smoke at the doors of their rooms. Or some smoke at the stairs. Wifi is charged, so I did not use it. There is no service for breakfast. On the last day, water did not come out, so I could not use a toilet and take a shower. This was the first time for me in the United Statesin the last 30 years.

モーテルなので贅沢は言えません。 寝るのには、なんら問題もなく快適です。 ネガティブポイントを言えば、ベッドメイキングが時々雑なのが残念。 しかし、フロントスタッフは気さくで親切です。 ダウンタウンにも徒歩15分ほど、トラムの駅までは8分ほど。

禁煙室を予約していたのに、喫煙室しか空いていないとのことで喫煙室に泊まることになりましたが、臭いが尋常ではなく、とても耐えきれるものでは有りませんでした。酷すぎます。

At best it was a roof over my head while in town for a concert. I didn't spend much time in the room but the bed was comfortable. There was no hot water to take a shower before leaving for a long drive home the next morning.

During the day the manager on duty was excellent. He was forced to deal with the homelessness around the property which he did superbly. Unfortunately he was not there for check in or the second evening of my stay and the staff during that period were horrendous, disinterested and impolite. The homeless and drug scene so well countered during the managers time quickly enveloped the property. The staff were indifferent to the problem, Location was near city center and room was clean and comfortable for sleeping. Outside was a bit scary. Some of the guests were part of the problem unfortunately.

I never write bad reviews but this place was terrible everything was broken and unsafe nothing like the photos, save yourself the hustle and book a different hotel. I would never stay there ever again!

I did not receive a receipt for my credit card transaction and when I asked for the wifi password they were more rude …. I feel that it is not smart to have front desk employees who do not speak English…

I was expecting a low budget hotel and I've stayed in plenty of Motel 6s before, but this place is a flaming dumpster fire. Garbage strewn all throughout the parking lot, a room that hadn't been updated since 1970 and felt like it used to be a prison cell. This isn't a budget hotel, it's skid row. Do not stay at this dump.

This was a really terrible way to experience Salt Lake City. The motel was very dirty. There is no way I was going to subject myself and my two children to this. There are not enough bad words to describe how unsafe I felt.

I have low standards for Motel 6, but this was the first time I felt genuinely unsafe and uncomfortable. (The front staff was very nice. No hate towards them)The room was a bit dirty but I've been through worse. We ended up going to a different hotel after the first night because there were people up all night and when I left to get coffee around 7AM I was stalked by a man who was hanging around near our room. I didn't really want to assume that was what was going on at first, but after a while I noticed he'd put on a mask and pulled something else out of his bag and kept hiding behind walls and trees as I was walking. I hid in the cafe until my partner picked me up. I kept looking over my shoulder the rest of the stay in SLC. There was also a ton of trash left around my truck in the morning. Still not even sure if my payment went through since I was supposed to pay at the property but I really want a refund for how scary that experience was.
