Reasonable hotel for the price of the room. Breakfast quality is terrible and a rip off for the price. Location is terrible. Far away from all the sights. Taxis rip you off. Suggestion - walk 10 mins to the metro station. It’s pretty efficient.

Overall it was good but the problem was with room, we were at a family room but the window is like a prison and also I have asked for the coffee machine which was not working for three they didn’t change it until I checked actually at the check out there was a very kind guy called burak Duran and he apologized a lot and made a discount on the bill and tried to make me calm and tried to absorb my nervousness, otherwise the executive lounge was very nice

All good only two things the breakfast and elevators

Can not fault this hotel. Nothing we requested was too much trouble. From the concierge to the front desk, to the cleaners to the breakfast room staff, all were friendly and accommodating. Check in & checkout was speedy and efficient. We had use of the executive lounge and it was outstanding. The decor, ambience, views of Istanbul, food and service in the executive lounge is well worth every cent. The general decor of the entire hotel is visually stunning and 5 star. Every single staff member at the Marriott Şişli is committed to service excellence. We had a 2am flight, and requested a late checkout and extended use of the lounge to relax tuntil our taxi arrived. It was granted with a smile & without hesitation. Marriott Şişli is an extremely well managed hotel, and should be the benchmark for all 5 star hotels
