Very friendly and helpful staff. Always wanting to help and assist. The guys in the reception area and kitchen staff were amazing. The property itself is in the best location with bars and restaurants nearby and few minutes away from the Old Antalya Castle. Would always return to this property.

Great location, great staff
Initially was put into a room behind reception, requested to move as previous experience being located in a room behind reception is not good. I was right, far too noisy from 0500hrs with people checking out. Thankfully we were re allocated to another room near to the pool which was great. The hotel location is perfect and will certainly be returning to this hotel again. ALL the staff were so pleasant from chamber maids to reception manager all deserve to be acknowledged for making our week trip so relaxing. Breakfast is great. Hotel is very clean, sun beds very comfortable too. I would suggest that there be some hooks put in bathroom and on back of room door as no where to hang up anything like dressing gown or damp towels in bathroom.

I do recommend this hotel the staff are excellent and truly make you feel welcomed. The breakfast is nice and fresh they have a nice selection of hot or cold food ranging from dips to borek and olives. The rooms are clean and the cleaners are exceptional. The pool area is a little cramped but didn't put us off the you wouldn't think when paying on the sunbed your in the heart of the city. The only downside was my wife's ghd hair straighteners kept tripping out the electrics in our room. My wife couldn't use the hair straighteners for the duration of our stay. We would stay here again.

The A/C did not work at some point. We waited until late for someone to try to fix it. We had to ask for another room instead of waiting for so long. Then the problem was sorted. But from there the new r offered room was smaller than we had previously.

Billederne snyder!!!
Hvad der skulle have været en romantisk getaway, blev til et mareridt. Vi valgte hotellet for dens centrale beliggenhed og de flotte billeder, men ved ankomsten fik vi et værelse, der slet ikke svarede til vores reservation. Værelset var ekstremt lille, uden plads til vores kufferter, og vinduet kunne ikke åbnes. Receptionen viste ekstrem irritation og kunne ikke hjælpe, så vi måtte vente til næste dag. Den nat fik vi ikke sovet, og næste morgen blev vi tilbudt et nyt værelse på første sal. Selvom det var større, blæste aircondition direkte på sengen, og vinduet vendte mod hotellets støjende kompressorer, hvilket gjorde værelset ubrugeligt. Vi blev derefter tilbudt et tredje værelse i kælderen, som var fyldt med kloaklugt og fugt. Personalet anerkendte problemet, men gjorde intet og vi forblev på værelset resten af vores ophold. Det skabte desværre en dårlig stemning for resten af vores ophold. Hotellet er ifølge vores oplevelse ikke værd at få 4 stjerner. Det er slidt, dårligt vedligeholdt, og det eneste positive er den centrale beliggenhed. Poolen er lille, og morgenmadsbuffeten er skuffende. Billederne på nettet er vildledende; hotellet lever ikke op til forventningerne. Vi vil ikke anbefale stedet til nogen.

At first night We got a room in the «basement», which was completely different from the photos. It was really small, only space for a bed for 2 people, and it smelled bad. Told the staff that We didnt want this room as it smelled and didnt look like the photos. Was told that it was nothing to do, unless i wanted to pay 2000 liras for upgrade to junior suite. They told me to wait for the next morning for changing the room. The day after we changed room to the second floor as wanted, and the room was much better. But disappointed that you pay the same price and can Get either the first room We got which was really bad, or a descent one that looked like the pictures. I was also shocked that they didnt offer a free upgrade to junior suite as they had several rooms, and We only wanted to change room for our first night as We were told that We would change to another standard room the day after. The bed also made a lot of noise. The location was really good, central near everything, and right next to good restaurants and old-town
