料金以上に食事がとても良かった。特にお祝いとして利用させてもらったが、お祝いの膳まで用意していただきありがたく満足できるものであった。ただ一つ残念なのが、男性浴場のサウナが利用できなかったことであった。

今回で3回目の東園宿泊、今回は新緑の季節でホテル横の池、新緑、鳥のさえずりが癒しになった。朝食に地元産のビーツのスムージーも頂け色も綺麗で身体に良い感じでした。今回、食事は朝食のみでしたが眺め、スタッフの対応、御料理も満足でした。

小鳥のさえずりと露天風呂のせせらぎの音のみ　窓を閉めるとその音もせず　静寂　新緑と広がる水面の美しさ。夜も朝もテレビをつけることなく　静寂と景色の美しさに浸っていました　非常に贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。スタッフのみなさんも素晴らしかったです

The toilet bidet and the room light was not working. The staff offered a room change but we had already unpacked so we declined. But we did not expect the aircon was also not working and we opened one of the windows for fresh air but the noise from the rain heating the roofs made it worse! Did they give us the worst room? Overall, we did not sleep well at all.

ゴールデンウィークに宿泊しました。館内は広く、食事の時間帯なども上手く調整され、混み合うこともありませんでした。大浴場(別館なので少々遠い)もゆっくり入れました。夕食も朝食もモダンで美味しくて美しい！接客も気持ちよく、期待以上のお宿でした。高齢の母にも喜んでもらえました。
