The bed was so tilted at an angle that I had to put a pillow under it to get it level and I could feel the springs through the mattress. I also requested non smoking room but they only had smoking available. They wouldn’t cancel my reservation but were able to get me in a non smoking room for most of my reservation but I had to switch during the middle of my stay to a smoking room, so I just went and stayed somewhere else because the smoking rooms smelled terrible. Make sure you confirm directly with the hotel for non smoking rooms. Don’t trust just clicking that on Expedia.

①お部屋の壁の黒い汚れ、ベッドの頭側だったので、カビだったらどうしよう…と特に気になりました。
②バス&トイレの壁の汚れ、バスタブの内側、水垢でしょうか？気になって入浴はせずシャワーにしました。
③備え付けのポット、内側・注ぎ口のメッシュ部分、サビ・黄ばみが気になりました。
④コインランドリーを使わせていただいたのですが、乾燥機の扉内側、周辺が気になりました。コインランドリーがあるだけでありがたいとは思いますが…定期的にお掃除をしていただけたら、更に快適に過ごせると思います。
