The location was prime!! Near desirable temples and shrines, shopping, food and the trains. The room was small for 5 people but we managed. The staff was great and helped us when our room had issues opening the door. The neighbor was quiet (which is a HUGE Plus in Tokyo). If you are a cozy travel group, looking to stay outside of busy Tokyo and are willing to explore the streets and take a train the. This is the place for you ❤️

A well-located, modern and clean hotel. The rooms are smaller than they appear online and particularly cramped for families, but they are certainly well equipped, with comfortable beds. The 3pm check-in time is very rigidly enforced. Even if your room is ready, they absolutely will not allow you to enter it until 3pm on the dot, which seems a little unnecessary. Apart from that, all good!

The place is perfect Clean room, not big but we'll equipped Some points to note is that there are no long staff greeting at front desk, no staff at front desk at all Only by remotely video call with staff from the chk in machine. This does not feel so good On our leaving we forgot the check out. Since the place is completely without a staff. We literally forgot to complete the check out process Lucky with the online staff help. We managed to complete check out online I do think if there is a staff to greet us goodbye, we will remember there is a check out process

The room is quite big comparing to other stays. The washer and dryer was a bonus. There is enough head room for the lower bunk. The blanket is thick, either turn the AC to really low and waste energy or just use the duvet cover by itself. The wall plugs work for U.S. chargers. My room needed a physical key to enter even though self check-in instructions were sent to me in advance.

Our stay was excellent in the 4dbl bunk bed standard family room with private kitchen except minor hiccup with the washer and dryer as it was not working when we checked in. Although hostess fixed it right away. The rooms and amenities were perfect, spacious for a family of 4 with teenagers. Our stay would have been 100% perfect if the mattresses were softer. They are too firm, when doing a lot of walking you want to rest on a soft mattress to rest your body not a firm one but everyone is different I guess with their preferences in how firm they like their mattress to be. Other than that we would go back. Shops and restaurants are walking distance some popular tourist sites are only a few minutes away by taxi.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect, with easy access to popular areas and the train station. We traveled with three kids, so having everything close by made getting around so much easier. The hotel staff were also courteous and accommodating. My only small complaint is that the room was on the smaller side. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed, but with a family of five and all our luggage, things felt a little tight. This isn’t a negative reflection on the hotel, just something to keep in mind when booking for a larger family. Overall, we had a great experience and loved the convenient location!
