We stayed at The rothschild 71 in Tel Aviv from Jan 21 for 3 nights.
All the staff were kind and helpful; everybody from the reservation office to the front desk, housekeeping, and etc. They were friendly, attentive and trying the best they could to cater to the needs of their guests. Even before booking the room online, Gal, who is working at the reservation and front desk sent me a reply promptly to answer each of my questions carefully and provide necessary information. They made every effort to accommodate our request. When we checked in, our room was perfectly ready as we requested.
I think one of the greatest assets of this hotel is Yani, a person working at the front desk. He is incredible and amazing. I have travelled and stayed at the hotels around the world, but I have never seen anyone, who is such pure-hearted and dedicated to help the guests without expecting any returns. Actually, I didn’t feel well with a fever when I checked in. But he took care of me by giving me medical items from the first-aid kit and taking us to the nearby supermarket to buy some medicines and necessities. He even refused to receive tips. I was deeply inspired by his personality with pure soul. Meeting him was the greatest souvenir I got in Tel Aviv.
Lastly, I would like to give special thanks to Aliza, who arranged a tour to the biblical sites for us. She was kind and helpful, greeting us with a beautiful smile all the time. It is this hotel’s staff, who made our stay in Tel Aviv even
