This is a great place & I wish I could've stayed longer. The building is safe & you can literally walk to the famous Calle 8 area for amazing restaurant options. The staff does a great job sending all the information you need for check-in & I hope to return in the future.

Stayed here on an unexpected 24 hr layover in Miami and was pleasantly surprised the property was clean it smelled good the unit was well designed and had every amenity I needed. the location was very convenient close to little Havana, there’s a a cvs restaurants and barbershops nearby. Well worth the price Would definitely stay again.

This is an apartment complex that rent rooms. Not a hotel. Only virtual assistance via text if you don’t speak Spanish. No elevator. Not enough towels and washcloths. No hand soap.

Was really happy with the spotlessly cleaned room. A great amount of space. It was very comfortable. Service was excellent. The hosts explained everything clearly in advance and the process for checking in went very smoothly. No issues at all while there with everything working as they said it would. It’s a very central location. Will absolutely stay again :). (There’s no elevator, but this didn’t take away from the stay 😊).

The mini breakfast was a nice gesture however there was no salt and pepper for the eggs or even some butter or oil to cook the eggs and to put on the bread or toast. Also, there was only one coffee filter with lots of coffee two or three would’ve been good but the paper towels work just as well. Other than the stay was very comfortable, quiet, clean, convenient. Thank you.

This is not a hotel. It is a rental bldg, short and long term. There is no staff on site. The sent us the code to enter the bled and our room by SMS, which was fine, but the code to our room was our riom number with the first digit repeated at the beginning... seems a bit obvious and unsafe. The door to the room had substantial gaps at the bottom and the side, making the dead bolt visible and the unsafe (not to mention the lack of privacy). A "tennant" was banging and yelling his way to his apt at 11pm and out again at 3am... needless to say sleep was elusive!! This is subpar for an Expedia offering.

The room was nicely furnished & the location was close to the cruise port. We thought we had all the information to checkin with such as the room # & access code but when we arrived at almost 11:30 pm we realized we didn't have an access code to the building. Luckily, 3 young men came out, looked at our paperwork & let us in the building. It is an older building & there is little to no soundproofing. Unless you are a sound sleeper or sleep w/the TV on you may want to bring earplugs. As stated in the description, there is NO elevator. Make sure you are aware which floor you are on. We were on the 3rd floor & it was pretty rough lugging 3 heavy suitcases up the stairs at almost midnight.

Room was spotless, however we were unable to enter the building for over an hour at 2:30am in the morning when we arrived from our flight. Then once we were finally able to go in, the air conditioner stopped working at 4am and we became very hot and uncomfortable. They tried to charge me to switch rooms when their property is defective and tried to charge me for late check out even though it was their fault we were unable to enjoy and enter our room. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service.
