We stayed during the World Cup so accommodation was at a premium - it was still definitely worth it as the apartment was spacious, clean, had everything we needed and was a short uber ride into Boston. No complaints.

Condo was clean and kitchen well stocked. We cooked most of our meals due to medical conditions. Grocery store is a 5 min drive away. We appreciated the parking spot, although the garage door was often broken so not as secure. The air conditioner stopped working on a Friday and was fixed the next afternoon. W/D was convenient and allowed us to pack fewer clothes. Our family enjoyed staying here.

Our staff repeatedly mentioned how relaxed and refreshed they felt staying there. The team deserves special praise. Their communication was fast, friendly, and always helpful. Coordinating multiple units for a production company can be complicated, but Hyatus handled every detail with total professionalism and warmth. They made our logistics seamless from start to finish.
