I was not in good shape with a cold after overnight flight and I nodded off in front of reception. A receptionist let me check in 30 minutes earlier than check in time. I appreciate their kindness.
I was satisfied with the variety of nice breakfast.
Location is not good but Grab sorts out the problem.
You can enjoy the service because it is more Japanese than hotels in Japan.
We ordered room service for our dinner. The staff left without serving the food in the table or setting up the table, we set up and ate on our own, I have never had this kind of service in a 5 star hotel and was very disappointed. Please train your staff better.
