This hotel is one of the best in Istanbul. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The front desk and service were fantastic too. I will stay in this hotel each time I travel to Istanbul and recommend it to all. Sincerely, Bahram from Boston, MA, USA.

We had left our cell phone in a taxi and the security guard at the hotel instantly reviewed the camera to find the cab #. We had our phone delivered to the restaurant within 20 minutes.

Everything was good except room cleanliness was terrible

It’s was good

Firstly, they gave me the wrong type of room I requested on expedia when I checked in. I asked and paid for a Bosphorus View but upon arrival I was given a regular room. Only after I had to remind them did they give me the room I initially requested. I specifically requested room cleaning but unfortunately no one ever came during my 42 hour stay. The light system in the room did not seemed to work. Whenever I attempted to close the light nothing happened, I eventually had to remove the key card from the socket in order close the lights.

It was a short stay but the service level and comfort was exellent

Nice international hotel with great facilities, very clean and comfortable with very attentive staff. Only downside is the location is in a very smart area of town for restaurants, shopping but away from the main tourist spots

Good quality hotel

The room service takes too long to bring you changes or anything to be honest . the first no night that I went to this I was in shower and I couldn't hear that the room service was knocking on the door and the room service just came to my room without permission. I mentioned that with hotel but they said its normal apparently. Not the best if you like privacy but other than that its not bad
