Not good

The staff was great. Tried to help as much as possible. The room had worms and bugs. Ocean front on bottom floor was not good. You had to look between trees to see the ocean while standing up. No water in the pool. No ice, no tv. AC worked good.

Horrible on the way down received a phone call from the hotel asking me as anyone called me to tell me they didnt have my room i said no she said yea im sorry i said can ylu nlt fix it and give me 2 rooms for 6 since you dont have the family room i original had reserved. She said yes ill do that for you and the waterpark is also not working i said ok another downside that was never stated when reserved. The rooms they put us in was dirty just nasty no one eas available until 8 the next morning me and my kids sat outside all night until morning how dirty these rooms was. Come 8 in the morning went to the office told the lady everything and i asked her to come to the rooms with me and look herself she did she also agreed on how dirty everything was. She put me in 2 more rooms bjt she also walked me to these rooms and they also was dirty . I had no choice but to ask for gloves and new bedding plus got blankeys and cleaning supplies to clean these rooms because every other hotel was either booked or over rated . Got the rooms clean to only find out we had no Hot water i once again went to the office told the lady at 1:30pm she told me manager was in a meeting. So i gave it a little while and mind you the number that Hotels provides is no help at all its not even the people at the front desk. Anyway... i went back to odfice 445 abd saud hey your manager in she said yes one minute walked back to her office no refund no nothing very unprofessional.

Desepcionada de este lugar . No recomendable.

Mi estadía en este hotel fue muy desagradable, lamentablemente no era lo que yo esperaba. Oh es decir lo que miré en las fotos . Espero las personas que vean esto no comentan el mismo error que yo cometí al traer ami familia a este hotel asqueroso orrible mala experiencia.😒😒😒😒😒

Do not go here

The property wasnt located at the address, provided by hotels dot com. It was actually two blocks away, which I had to walk with all my luggage. I also locked myself out at one thirty a m and the properties emergency services told me that there was nothing they could do that.They were not getting involved

This is a hotel where you get what you pay for! They are going through renovations but the front desk representative was very informative and reassuring about the property. Everything went smooth thanks to her. If you’re looking for a top notch 5 star hotel this is more of doing what you can afford. The pictures that are shown are not the rooms but they are nice and clean. It gives a high class motel 6 . Environment is good. Parking is tight but overall I would give it a 7/10. Would I be back? Yes. Would I bring my family here? Not necessarily. Nothing really kid friendly no pools. But it wasn’t bad. Whatever the reviews are, I didn’t have that experience.

The room was disgusting. Trash on the balcony. Trash in cans without liner. Dirty towel under bathroom sink. No toiletries. Bedding had stains. No batteries in the remote. Nothing but snow on the TV. Fridge didn't cool anything. Worst place I've ever stayed

This hotel is terrible, I check in at 4: pm once I get the room walked thru and then the room didn’t have a fridge, no lights in the bathroom , in the room, and the outlets, I went to the front desk they told me didn’t have any personal available to help me until next day, they gave me a number for request a towels never answer, I have to walk in for ask, they told me bring the dirty to replace for cleaning one, so I have to do my own housekeeping, they refuse to give me a refund ,there is nothing how show in the website, there is not water park, parking is not close , is bad .
