The staff was tremendously swift in replying to and assisting me. The room was clean and perfect for a two-week trip. It was extremely hot and humid, so having a washer and dryer in the room was necessary. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the station (very convenient). If you want a high end hotel this isn't for you but if you want a reliable place to rest your head without any trouble that's close to transportation and good neighbourhoods then consider this place. Love the neighborhood! Very quaint and refreshing from the tourist heavy places. The bedsheet are clean. I really want to give it a better review. Staff are not very friendly when we checked in. The place is really outdated, and don’t trust the photo. We moved away before our reservation ends, would not recommend this hotel. It’s really not a hotel, more like a motel?

Big rooms with washing machine

The biggest room I ever had in Tokyo during my 13 visits. Haveing you own washing maching, smal lstove and microwave was very useful since I stayed 19 night. The area around the hotel was quite, with many nice restaurants and a couple of bars to visit. Cleaning only once a week unless requested, which was fine for me, but maybe not suitable for everyone.

The location was in a quiet neighborhood. But the express trains do not stop at Yutenji (closest station) so sometimes there's a bit of a wait and the dining options are not as robust. Rooms were comfortable size (for Japanese standards) but the bed can be a bit hard for those used to US hotels.
