One rude person
The only issue we had was when we went to get breakfast the employee acted very rude while retrieving our name and room number. Then when we wasn’t on her list she said “ well your not on my list so it’s going to cost you $17.95 per person”.I showed her our booking itinerary. She then said” I have to check with the front desk”. All the while expressing an attitude as if we was doing something wrong. There was between 20-30 people present. She should have approached us in a different manner.

In addition, the “free breakfast”, as was indicated in their service listings, is $18/person. Something that is not mentioned or posted prior to sitting down to eat.
