We rented 2 rooms for 1 night. The tv in one room did not work, the phone also did not work. Our bed sheets were nasty and looked like they had pizza sauce on them. The pool water smells like pure urine. We spoted roaches in our room as well that night. Overall its a 2/5 we will not be staying here again.

Disappointed
I was not impressed and pictures are deceitful. When booking there were no details regarding all the renovations going on nor the chemical and paint smell. The room was not 100% clean. The dishes were dirty and i had to re wash them before using. There was hair in several spots of the room. The elevators were dirty and the ceilings were dirty in several spots. The only decent thing was the swimming pool, but there was so much chlorine on it, as i set on the side of the pool my eyes and nose were very irritated the entire time.

Don’t stay here!
I was goning to just keep quiet but others need to know prior to booking. I wasn’t aware of the remolding at all until I received an email from the hotel after booking with no refunds available. Day of arrival upon arrival zero signage for entry into the building or the actual hotel except by the Parkway. The actual entry was completely blocked by parked vehicle so you could not pull up to the front for check in and unload. After entering the building we were hit with a strong smell of construction adhesives and paints. Super toxic for those who have health issues. Staff was kinda but super short. No heat on 5th floor no one ever seemed to attempt to address it. if your planning on swimming in the pool change downstairs and before going to your room if on 5th floor! Wear a jacket before walking out your room I like it around 65 yr round. Bathroom and sheets were clean,but a puke smell around nightstand between beds. Sunflower seeds and other stuff on the floor around the bed. We wore our shoes and slipper socks and never touched the floor it was so nasty. No hangers in closet. Mattress are horrendous and broken down. You cannot turn off the light on your balcony just close curt While packing to leave I bumped bed finding pills on the floor that I refused to touch or allow my child too. After check out housekeeping calls saying she found my wallet.I don’t carry one so I asked if it had XX name on it. It’s was someone else’s wallet from a previous stay. Room was NEVE clean!

Want stay there again
The room smelled. The bathroom was even worse could see the wood decaying, workers were doing construction right next door which we wasn’t aware they would be banging and using electrical tools at 6 am. Pool area was nasty, grimy gunk all around the pool the water slide didn’t even work

Great getaway
Easy check in. Clean room. Looks like renovations are ongoing and welcomed. Free breakfast next door which was an buffet complete with eggs, meats, pancakes, etc. Friendly desk help and trolley stop in front.

A value meal not a five course menu.
Look I paid under $90 a night for a family of four in a hotel with a water slide. I knew what I was getting and getting what you expect is not a negative. If you told me they are running specials to keep booking numbers up and cutting costs while waiting for a buyer to come in I would not be surprised. It felt like there were corners cut here and there. That said it was still a good value for what it offered.

The hotel was as to be expected given the price. No frills, clean, confortable place to stay. We opted for the queen room with a fire place. We could see the island's ferris wheel and snow topped Mountains from our room which was quite lovely. Not sure what i expected in terms of fire place but it wasnt that. The fire place puts off no heat and I compare it to the Yuletide fireplace on Netflix (visual, no sound)

Nice Stay For The Weekend
We had lots of fun with our two grandchildren. The pool and waterslide was warm and the kids loved it. Breakfast was next door but a great value. The room was spacious and had a nice view of King Kong. Great location and a good value. All the employees were friendly and helpful.
