Our family (2 adults, 8yr old son) stayed here for 10 nights in March 2025. It is a smaller and older budget hotel but we found it quite adequate for our needs. The bathroom is quite small like one you would find on inside cabins of bad cruise ships. One thing that bothered us was the smell from the bathroom floor drain. I think since it's a building with older plumbing, the pipes aren't good at preventing sewer gases from rising out of the floor drain. This is the type of hotel I would recommend for young/single budget minded travelers and only there to sleep/shower. The bed size for the 3 of us was adequate if you don't tend to move around and stretch out. I would consider this hotel again in the future if I had to accommodate budget constraints. Another reason to choose this hotel is convenience of walking distance to 4 stations (Kanda, Iwamotocho, Kodemmacho, Shin-Hihombashi). Another pro is luggage service for receiving/sending from this location. Staff are competent with English communication. I also recall a bit of outside noise on the first night of arrival but no longer noticed (or got used to it) the successive days.
