Staff is extremely nice. Breakfast is also good.
However, the hotel can't charge from internal visa cards. Apparently, this issue has been there for a while and I am not the first one encountering this. Though I understand the reception can do little about it...
심천 출장으로 처음 방문했는데 내부가 매우 깔끔하고 청결했습니다. 호텔 직원들 중 영어를 하는 사람은 일부 있었지만 대부분 잘하진 못했습니다. 번화가와는 거리가 있어 늦은 저녁 시간 때는 택시를 타고 나가야 먹을 곳을 찾을 수 있습니다.

Unacceptable poor services and power outage
Stayed here for one night with the family and it's a poor experience. We went to the hotel after dinner and asked for slippers and dental kits... we ended up having to wait for more than an hour to receive them... we called house keeping couple times and were told that they only have one staff working that evening and there were many requests... (really, for a Le Meridien??) The next day we went for breakfast, and the first thing the receptionist is not to try to get us seats but to ask us to pay without even being seated down... we paid and then there were no seats and we ended up waiting for more than 15mins to get our seat... I would suggest anyone to check if there are seats first before paying so to not waste your time... Then at around 10:30am in the morning while we were working... the room has a power outage and blackout... I went downstairs to ask what happened and they just unapologetically and casually say that its maintenance as if it is just a regular occurrence... we ended up waiting more than 30mins in the dark... This is one of the worst Marriott hotel experiences and we won't be going back...
