I’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your property, which unfortunately fell far below expectations.
The room I was initially given was located next to a busy truck stop, and I was kept awake from around 2am due to constant noise from trucks. To make matters worse, the TV did not work, the pillowcases were torn, and there was only one towel provided.
The next day, I requested to be moved to another room, hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the second room was just as unsatisfactory. It also faced the service area and was very noisy. Again, the TV didn’t function, only one towel was available, and the bathroom had broken tiles with the shower hose hanging off the wall.
