Pool & hot tub were clean & a nice way to unwind .. room was super clean .. bedding was fresh & white!
Highly recommend.. and shuttle to the airport was also great!

There was nothing broken in the room and everything was clean. The tile grid and caulking in the bathroom was very clean and white, this is something I usually pay attention to. Towels were soft. It was quiet. Pool area was clean. Remote control was clean even between the buttons. I picked this hotel because it was close to the airport. If you walk to the back of the hotel and across the parking lot by I think it is a post office, there is a plaza with bunch of restaurants and a breakfast place. The staff was nice and when asked for extra towels or what not, they provided it right away.

check-in took an hour riddled with issues including double their usual security deposit charged to their restaurant which was severely weird. early check in, digital key requested, prepared, confirmed, and verified several times and days before were all waste of time. my arrival first in line lost to people behind me. wifi took active 4hrs of work on my part of calls & research to initiate which was puzzling! necessitated call to tech services. not Hilton tech!-(who were surly until they realized I'm not an idiot) to have my device manually entered at the provider end. never had this happen in many years of hotel and Hilton stays. initial response by staff "it's only you". but staff is for the most part kind and responsive . room was clean quiet and spacious .
