On arrival & booking in we went to the room to find in no way did it represent the pictures or standards Hotel. Com
So went to reception to find only security staff who tried to contact owner to no avail no choice till next morning but to stay in hotel
Then contacted customer service again nothing could be done till next day so ended staying 2 night very disappointed on eventually contacting manager & Hotel .com
We left 5 days early booked another hotel at a much higher cost
On looking into this we found that the apartment we should have had they no longer use so put into the service apartments which was dirty had other peoples clothes inside & bathroom leaking shower
I feel Hotel . Com did not do enough to compensate for the problematic situation & had to pay 2 nights still waiting for refund of the early booking out

The property was not clean at all, was not cleaned properly after last guests, also was given a room without a balcony that we paid for, they where very unhappy about moving us, I cannot express how unsanitary the room was, tjey are advertised as a luxury apartment not even close....the are comfortable thats all I can say..sorry
