It’s a nice hotel for the price, beds were comfy and staff was friendly. Elevator broke down one day we were there but was fixed quick. The walls are super thin and can hear everything. Great walking distance from lots of stores and restaurants. Right on the beach and is a nice area.

The worst hotel ever
Worst ever hotel I’ve ever been too. Couldn’t get no sleep through out the night. That was due to the walls being so thin you could hear someone having sex in the next room. Windows were not tinted. The morning light was coming through window due to know black out curtains

The property was supposed to be non smoking yet it had a very heavy marijuana smell when you entered the lobby to check in also in the elevator and even the room. The bed my daughter slept in made terrible creaking noises.

Most was okay got a double bed room for me and my dad on a fishing trip, im 6'1" and the shower head was chin level... so needless to say that was the WORST part. Everything else was OK.

This is not a hotel I will recommend for anyone to stay. There service was horrible. Stayed for 3 nights and my room wasn't cleaned once nor did they even bring new bedsheets. The bed was making a squeaky noise that we couldn't even manage a good night rest. The television in the room wasn't working and it took them forever to replace it.

Please stay elsewhere
I booked this place by mistake. I stayed here last month, and vowed to never come back. I accidentally rebooked this same hotel and they wouldn't refund me. Which is fine, hotels.com helped. However for future customers here's the tea: No onsite parking, the free area is a block away in a shady lot that's small and not well lit. The room was dingy along with the furniture. I used the vending machine using my card twice and somehow accrued more charges several days later. My stay was only one night and I was already charged the full amount for my items. They also had no working elevator, all guests were crammed on the first two floors and I could hear the chatter from the halls. I wouldn't recommend, I don't know how they are receiving perfect ratings.

Decent
This hotel is very dated. It is a "resort hotel" but does not feel like a resort at all. It's a little shabby, the parking is sketchy (not connected to the hotel and just a lot behind some businesses across the street), and I wouldn't say the bed was the most comfortable in the world. However, the patio was nice, all of the staff we encountered were super friendly, and being ocean front is a huge win! This is very much a "you get what you pay for" kinda place. We would stay here again, but maybe not expecting the resort vibe.

Our stsy was bad at first but the probkem was taken care of in some timely manner, i wanted a king room with ocean view but that room the water in shower did not work so we went to double bed on the next floor down same ocean view side. No smoking is allowed in the building.

Stay was Meh
Stayed in the top floor suite Condition of the room was lacking. Small holes in walls and no access to one of the balcony doors were definitely a problem. The other residents were loud and random people knocking on the door at 12am were among the reasons i will not be returning. Not a bad price and the premium parking up front was a bonus. Overall it could be worse but it was not great.
